Just have to thank Nick and all his staff for hosting our joint Birthday Bash on 29 July. We have had so many compliments regarding the venue and quality food served to our 100+ guests. We had a fantastic evening with a Live Band and Disco, dancing till the early hours. Many thanks for letting me decorate the pub too. I would highly recommend this venue not only for parties but a fabulous meal. Many thanks once again X

it was amazing ... the people the food ... and it was great value ... i would like to recommend the garlic mushroom from the starter menu and for the main the mix grill ... the drinks in the bar was nice and cheap for good brands we will be back .... so many many thanks for your hospitality x

At time of booking stated did breakfast although pack up one. Then on arrival said they didn't. After that didn't see any staff at all. The view disregarding the building works was a fisherman's stretch on a river really nice.

Lovely spot. Our second visit. Outside in good weather is perfect, watching boats go up and down. But for gloomily days indoors is fine. Good pub grub

Stayed here overnight, staff were friendly and helpful, Bed was cosy pretty much dropped straight off to sleep , if you have the window open there is some road noise, but that's to be expected. Food looked nice but didn't eat.

Lovely little find we go for lunch after swimming with little one xxx it's got a gorgeous beer garden by the river. Food is really good had the sausage and mash and the gravy is the stuff of dreams!!!! My other half loves the triple club sandwich (you need to be full on hungry the portions are not small!!) Also upgrade to fries don't get fries as an extra unless you are Hank Marvin 🤣🤣🤣 We love the halloumi fries there so so good. Kids menu is really good and varied xx Really great value for money as well and between 12pm and 4pm (I think) you get 15% off your bill think it's Monday to Saturday but again not 100% on that. Go check it out for yourselves it will not disappoint. Bar has a good stock of beers (im usually driving so stick to coke zero) so not noticed spirits etc but they have them. Support a local pub you will not be disappointed ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Only had dinner , very dog friendly pub , food is simple pub grub and served with a smile as staff are lovely as is the food and not expensive

Beautiful Riverside pub, with outstanding selection of drink and great outdoor seating areas right next to the river. Beautiful decor and a sizeable venue .. highly recommend a visit, especially if the sun is out

This pub is a diamond in the rough… seriously, you have to come and enjoy this place.. the staff are unreal and super friendly… they put on entertainment and work so hard… lovely pub in a riverside location…

Absolutely 100% service, lovely fresh food and excellent service. As I was at a wake, I can honestly say all the staff were extremely respectful towards the mourners. And the buffet was spot on. Can’t recommend enough

Only went for a drink after work, and it was nice to sit outside near the river on a lovely sunny day. It's nice inside also. Friendly staff.
