Balearic Eye

Lovely food! We spoke to two staff members who were really nice staff too and regularly checked we were OK for drinks, etc. Me and my friend were pleasantly surprised by the amount of options for vegans and we will definitely come again! It seems any negative reviews are the takeaways which perhaps they didn't get totally right when they tried to make ends meet over lockdown. Give them a chance, it's a nice place to eat out!

The Balearic eye is an interesting take on a restaurant/nightclub. With an excellent selection of liqueur and cocktails, they certainly cater to adult evenings. They are clearly into their acid culture, with posters and framed images promoting this. The food menu is small, but they are clearly playing to their strengths. I've been twice, and both times ordered a burger and not been disappointed. The food is excellent, the service is excellent, and I think I've found a new favourite restaurant. Thanks guys!

This place is the best ever. Burgers are the best we've ever had, loaded fries are to die for BUT most of all is the service, it can't be faulted. We haven't had the pleasure of eating in only takeaway but there always so friendly, accommodating and go out of there way to help. Our favourite Friday night takeaway xxxx

We came here for my partners birthday. I have never been before but he has and I have to say I was very impressed! Food was amazing- a wide range of vegetarian and vegan food, staff were super friendly and could not do any more for us! Not too pricey either which is always great. I will definitely be coming back!

Wow. Right first: the burgers are awesome. Flavour, presentation, etc. were all amazing. The fries were something else (I had the Frankie Knuckles special!). The place was wonderful and the staff are super helpful and friendly. The music was very much up my street. The kids loved it. I loved it. The decor of the place was very good and lively as you would expect from the theme. Cocktails are awesome and the shakes.... !!! The shakes were an entirely amazing entity. Want good burger food? This is the place. I was happy and stuffed and quite frankly I didn't want to leave but I just couldn't eat any more! 100% recommend. Don't delay any more.

Ordered twice recently. Burger was exceptional and well worth the expense in relation to quality. Sadly can't say the same for the gyro/flatbread which didn't include the red cabbage I'd asked for and was a bit too close to a good Turkish kebab which I can get for less in Oakthorpe. Also too much sauce for my liking which was how I felt about the loaded fries, though the meat content was very generous - offer sauce on the side perhaps? Timely delivery and polite staff. For me, the burger is a standout.
