Greeted by a friendly waitress and seated immediately with excellent covid measures in place. We ordered through a website, which could be easier to use - simply scan the QR code on your table and it takes you directly to the website. From there, the drinks arrived in minutes and the food wasn't far behind it. The food itself was hot, fresh and delicious! Very impressed! Definitely the best fish and chips in Swanage - the other two may be a touch cheaper but definitely aren't as good!
Amazing food, great prices and the server we had was lovely. We loved the ice cream floats and the giant portions - extra chips are free but we couldn’t manage more! They couldn’t do enough for us and we felt very welcomed. We would certainly return.
Note: we were unsure of the server’s name, he wore a checkered blue shirt and had grey/black hair. He was really lovely and we appreciated his great service!
What can I say , great place to eat , lovely staff and the food was amazing .
I had a large cod and chips and it was perfect size ,my eldest daughter had chicken bites and said they were the best she has ever had , My youngest had sausage and chips kids meal , again perfect Size portion and she loved it .
6 if us ate and came to just over £70 with drinks maybe a little pricey but tasted amazing
Lovely food. From the menu I had "The Legend"; delicious large haddock with chips. My friends and I had the pleasure of eating here and on both occasions we all had the pleasure of being provided with EXCELLENT warm and friendly service (Thank you Risa. 👍You are a total Star! 🌟 )
Decent fish and ships in cafeteria ambience. Service good. 1 large, 2 small haddock and 2x175cc glasses of wine £35. Tables were sticky. Not happy with couple dropping food for their dog on the pavement outside leaving a mess.

Great service, hardworking staff, delicious dish. Quickest service I had this week as I have travelled to several cities south England. No joke. Just ordered and went quick to the gents to find my order right on the time while my workmate was having his dish. Amazing.
Big shout from the guy, Constantin, who collected the orders, which was serving drinks and dealing with the customers at same time, big hero.
The place seemed clean and tidy. The staff were polite, helpful and efficient. The food was greasy but I had a battered sausage and chips, so can't complain much about that! Still, there are better chippies in the area. May return and try something else soon. It's nice to be able to sit down there.
Restaurant was quiet on a January evening. Staff were welcoming. I had a regular cod and chips and my partner had the scampi. Food arrived quickly, steaming hot and we were delighted to get a huge pot of tea between us. Fabulous quality if a little pricey which earnt it the four star rating.
