Fletcher's Kitchen & Tap

This place is an absolute must! The food never fails and the patio is awesome. The service is generally slower but they're always nice so i can't fault them. I love the homemade Erwins sauce that comes with the black bean burger. I never thought I'd enjoy beets but they do an outstanding job on the flavors! Additionally, it has a great outlook overlooking the disc golf course/ walking area and I love that they added in a preserve area for native flowers.

Flecher's Kitchen & Tap are excellent places to visit, with two locations, (Belleville and Shiloh). Both have great warm decor, awesome food presentation and taste, great portion size with affordable prices. The professional friendly staff make you feel at home. The Shiloh location has an extra large patio with park, golf course views. Many beautiful event rooms available for all occasions. A must visit locations 👍

I ordered off of the online menu expecting to pay what the menu stated. The rude bar tender didn't review prices or what she would be charging my card. Then when I was charged more than what I was expecting. I get informed that prices have gone up due to supplier issues. That they posted it in the restaurant. Im ordering online and cant see it. Which is fine but update your web menu or at least post a notice on your website. Food is ok but service is lacking - Must miss Editted to address the response... You are the restaurant serving customers. I understand prices change due to supply change issues, but maybe train your employees to serve the customer, inform of price changes and even total the order for the customer. Your company is in the customer service industry where its your responsibility to inform customers of your changes not the responsibility of the customer to inform themselves of your changes

We are newer to the area and have driven by Fletchers several times the last few months. Last night we finally decided to give it a try. It was great! Everyone was super friendly and we had awesome service. The food was also good. We had pizza, cod, chicken strips, Gail's chicken sandwich, pork rinds, and chips and salsa. It was all good! We will be back for sure! Thanks Fletchers!
