Dustin, are you the crew leader? When a customer tries to explain there’s a flow problem in the drive through, your crew mistakes the information as a complaint when it is supposed to be an opportunity to do the job better. She copped an attitude when she should have thanked me and asked me for my order. McDonald’s has been “short staffed for decades, this is not an excuse, it’s the business model. I hope the future brings better staff and better service.

Can't get an order right. And today when I bit into my mc chicken I noticed it was oddly soft and mush, started picking it apart and it's pink and mushy. I thought they were pre cooked so there's no way they can be raw or undercooked but I guess I'm mistaken. Tried to call to speak to a manager, and the line says they aren't accepting calls. What a joke.

After a certain time of the day the slower they get and can a line of cars. I was in the drive thru line and there were other cars sitting there. Waited 10 minutes before they started to talk to the car in front of me. That driver told them they was too slow and pulled off. The service a is terrible, don't waste your time at this location.

Ordered a Deluxe Quarter Pounder and the meat was pink and raw on the inside. The place is understaffed which signals that upper management is not doing enough to retain workers. The workers themselves are great. Overall service is terrible.

Came for breakfast. Pulled up in the drive thru. Was told "hang on a second please" and then sat in the second lane for over 5 minutes as 2 other cars in lane 1 got their order placed. After about 7 minutes my order was finally taken. The girl at the second window was actually pleasant and was doing her best due to being short handed. The woman whom I'm assuming was a manager (very short hair) who was also on headset, was very rude to a few customers at the speaker. Just the way she snaps back at them is ridiculous. I'm surprised she works for Jimmy. Js.

Ticket #1388 5/3/22 @04:39pm Went thru drive thru ordered big mac combo with extra order of fries total cost $12.97 I get home I have one order of fries and a double cheeseburger. Seriously and fast food workers want $13 per hour in wages

I ordered food online 2x and go there the 1st time at 9:30 and there just weren't any lights on and was closed and came through the 2nd time and was told they were closed at 9:35

Ordered one large soda through drive through which took 15 min before I could even order. Line, both , where not moving at all and no orders where being taking either. Like they didn't have time for the customers needs. Once ordered I waited another 17 min, no it was not packed! As I finally got to first window I could see two people talking to each other, one that was working window didn't even have headset on and back turned to window. They where laughing and having a good time amongst gems elves ignoring the customers to fulfill their need to socialize to each other. There was no one inside ordering and the whole time I had a total of 5 other vehicles in front of me! No one had a large order from what I could see. Worst service ever at an McDonalds I have ever been to!? These people don't have time for a job , to much to talk about, REPLACE THEM WITH PEOPLE WHO DO NEED A JOB AND REALIZE SOCIALIZING IS FOR BREAK TIME OR AFTER YOUR SHIFT IS OVER! Highly recoment AGAINST this McDonalds in of all on Illinois just past but in front of rural king!! Avoid!! Better service at the next place .
