Great food, helpful and friendly staff. Great find in small town of Swansea. I only eat here occasionally being I'm not from Swansea but always happy to choose this bbq place. Love banana pudding and brownies 🥰

Don't let the outside of this no frills joint fool you. Inside, the all you can eat buffet of southern cuisine, is absolutely delicious! You pay when you enter, the line for the buffet forming on the right. The buffet includes hash & rice, mashed potatoes, assorted vegetables & casseroles seasoned to perfection, tender ribs, crispy fried chicken, pulled pork , etc. They have a salad bar that is top notch too. Try the ambrosia! Staff is friendly and efficient, every bit of the place was spotless. I didn't ask but I believe they may even have some type of takeout, pickup system as a heard a bell ring occasionally while there... This place was pure sunshine on a cloudy day. Glad to have found it!

I've been coming here since it open for owners ago. Everything was wonderful just make sure you go on Thursday or Friday some of the stuff that was put in the refrigerator taste like it by Saturday

Friendly service! Great food! Buffett cafeteria style and sectioned off tables made it feel safe, very clean restaurant. Good southern food. I will definitely go here again if I'm in the area

Good food and you can't beat the price. I always get a take out.
$10 for a generous portion of a meat and be sides. I can't eat it all. At that price you can't got to get a hamburger and fill up for dinner! Worth it!

The District served my family and I with a smile. Took the time to answer my questions and give me some backround information on the owner's other establishments. The food was amazingly hot and fresh. Definitely worth every star. We drove about 25-30 minutes out of our way and again worth every mile. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience ❣
