Jack's Old Town

I visited Jack's cafe recently and had a fantastic experience. The standout for me was their burger; it was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection with a juicy patty and fresh toppings, it left me craving for more. The chiabata sandwich was also a hit, filled with flavorful ingredients that made every bite enjoyable. What impressed me just as much as the food was the friendly and welcoming staff. They went out of their way to make sure my visit was comfortable and enjoyable. It's not always easy to find such great customer service, so this was a pleasant surprise. To top it off, Jack's cafe offers good prices, making it an excellent value for the quality of food and service you receive. It's refreshing to find a place that doesn't break the bank but still delivers top-notch flavors. Overall, I highly recommend Jack's cafe. Whether you're in the mood for a mouthwatering burger, a tasty chiabata, or simply a warm and inviting atmosphere, you won't be disappointed.

My future wife and I went for some lunch today, staff were all very friendly, restaurant not too busy and we were sat down and drinks order taken shortly after seating and then food. There was a fair old wait for the food (especially as it didn't seem so busy), I ordered a burger which was nice enough, my future wife ordered a quinoa salad, I don't eat salad but it was honestly the most appetising salad I've ever seen, she said it was very tasty. Very reasonably priced, the bill/payment took quite a while at the end of the meal too, so if you're not in a rush then would definitely recommend and we will be coming back

Spent a lovely Sunday lunchtime here today with my friend. It was an early Birthday meet up. The service was very polite and friendly by 'Gregory'. Not sure if that is the correct name, but it was on the receipt! We felt nice and relaxed, not rushed, even though it was getting busier before we left. The food was great: roast dinner and chocolate brownie for dessert. Good portion sizes and well presented. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy. Highly recommended, and will definitely go back again. Have visited Jack’s on two separate occasions approximately three years apart. Both times, the staff and their service has been absolutely amazing! Despite being so busy, they always provide service with a smile. The first time I visited, I enjoyed their Afternoon Tea with Prosecco for £40pp. Despite being quite a high price point, the top ups were frequent and it was the perfect amount of food, so very much worth the money. The second visit was just last month. Again, great service. Only disappointing thing was the time it took for everything to arrive. 15 minutes passed after ordering before our coffee’s arrived. Then another 10 minutes until the food. I thought it would have been sooner as it wasn’t particularly busy and their seemed to be a lot of staff on. But that aside, I would wholeheartedly recommend Jack’s to visit for a bite to eat!
