I genuinely have never received customer service like it! Incredible staff, wonderful food. What a find! From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed and valued as a customer. Service was kind, thoughtful and made me feel like a valued customer. The food was cooked to order so no food waiting under heat lamps! Absolutely stunning - not a scrap of waste or grease. Highly recommend!

What a find! After moving into the area trying to find a decent fish and chip shop has been a challenge! Will definitely be making the journey past several other chip shops to come back!

Had a fish and chip takeaway last night which was my first visit to Louis’s in nearly 40 years. The food was gorgeous and as I waited for the order I observed all the staff being so kind not only to the customers but to their fellow staff - will be back again very soon 5*

To get to King Loui I drive past 3 other fish and chip shops, because when I treat myself to fish and chips I want the best around.
I can get fish and chips cheaper but they simply aren't as good. King Loui cooks fresh to order, the chips are properly cooked not those greasy soggy efforts you see elsewhere.
The place is well run, efficient and professional the food is fresh, well cooked and delicious.
Listening to the manager speaking to the team and it's clear the focus is on quality, I heard him say it would be a few more mins on chips, he could arguably have put them out there and then and got the queue down but he didn't, he focussed on making a quality product, I think that tells you all you need to know
