There should be an extra till for customers returning goods. Waited for a lady to return a large pile of on-line shopping. Long queue formed while it was being done. Young chap processing this pile, bless him, was doing his best. Plus side? Got two pairs of Chinos in the sales. 😁 Understandably had to queue to enter the store. Well laid out. Staff very polite and helpful 👍🏼

I just want to say a huge thanks to the brilliant staff yesterday in the women's department. My little girl got lost and they were brilliant. They put security on the doors so she couldn't leave and they put out an announcement whilst trying to help me find her. They were so helpful and really kind when we did find her. Thank you also to the shoppers who helped melook for her.

The cafe staff were very helpful and obliging, even though I arrived quite close to closing time. I asked for a cheese scone to be warmed up but it was self-service. I called out to the waitresses to ask how long to microwave my scone for but unfortunately they didn't hear so I guessed and go it drastically wrong! I ended up burning my scone but the waitress refunded my £2.00 as a gesture, even though it was my own fault. She said if I had piped up earlier my scone could have been replaced but they had run out by then. I would like to see more of a selection of fruit and herbal teas in the cafe.

We had sandwiches and the salad was slimy and well out off date, the bread was stale and the coronation chicken was tasteless. I went to the lady behind till she said she would show the team in the kitchen. She stayed in there for a long time and got another member of staff to go on till. We left very unhappy and wouldn't go back or recommend it to anyone.

I still think this is the best one stop store in Taunton for buying a special occasion outfit. There's also wide range of choices for everyday wear and I love the children' clothes and toy department. I also find the click and collect service really useful, as I have had many bad experiences with online delivery services.

I had to return a jumper for a different size and unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock. The lady on the counter was so helpful (unfortunately I didn’t get her name). She ordered one online for me and it was delivered to my house in 2 days. It’s people like this that keep the shops open & stop me from ordering online. Thank you!
