Had food from Ali's twice. Once was a superb burger, fully loaded. The second time, just the burger which wasn't quite up there the same. They will make you an amazing burger, but you need to tell them you want all the salad etc., it appears they don't add it by default. Recommended if you ask for what you want!

Every time we order they deliver early - only once was it late and they apologised, the driver said for some reason they’d been busier that day that they had since she started.
Food is always hot, never messed our order up either. We had always used just eat but now use their own app and order direct to save money

Delivery is always on time, in fact quite often early.. the pizzas are really quite good for the price, kebabs are a decent size too. Drivers are very friendly! Definitely deserve tipping
