We came in with a large group. Food was served quickly and efficiently. Tasted great too. I was impressed how quickly they got the meals to us. Thanks. We had a lovely time

I am a regular here because the food is excellent and served really quickly. The price is good and considering that everything seems to have gone up in price lately, this place has kept its prices surprisingly low. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and to be honest I don't have a bad word to say about the place, or the service. I would say if your planning on arranging a meal here then book in advance, it can get really busy on an evening and most tables are reserved already when I turn up around 6pm. Parking is free and theres always spaces, even during busy times. All in all, I would definitely recommend it and it thoroughly deserves 5 stars from me.

Ordered a mix grill on a Friday night , no steak.. quite disappointing however for the full mix grill we were charged for small plate, hot sauce wasn't charged for. Very kind. Atmosphere not great as it was the weekend of a month's worth of rain so it couldn't be helped. You pay for what you get . Fills a hole on a less of a budget.

Reasonably priced and generous portions. My husbands burger was deemed excellent (high praise indeed) and my chicken parmigiana with jacket potato and salad was delicious. All cooked to perfection and will definitely visit again.

Not enough vegetarian choices. I had the Vegetarian Lasagna with salad, this was quite good but the salad was disappointing, basically loads of lettuce and a little bit of tomato and lots of onion. Nice but could be a lot better.

Today we attended the Cuckoo Oak in Tweedale Telford and had the most wonderful meal. I personally had the 15oz Gammon with all the trimmings and it was frankly sensational. On top of this the service was speedy with the food arriving with very little delay. Make no mistake we will be returning for another meal because we want to sample the same delights as our latest visit. I recommend this venue to everyone as I feel you will not be disappointed.

Warm and welcoming atmosphere, fantastic tasty food. Very helpful staff brilliant for kids or date nights. Couldn’t recommend anywhere in Telford that offers as good as the cuckoo oak offers.
