Bridge Builder

Visited once again for food & drinks today with several adults with learning disabilities. All chose to come as they like how welcoming the staff are & how accommodating they are to ensure they are all ok. They will be back again as soon as opportunity arises. There were a few items not available on menu which were not an issue for us as & were made aware of them from our arrival. Some of the tables could do with a re polish however over all we had a positive & affordable experience for our party today!

Came here as our usual pub that we would go for a meal at was fully booked. All we can say is, thank god it was! We will be making this the new usual. Amazing food at a great price. Mac and cheese was missing off the burger side but the staff quickly resolved the issue and it was with us within 2 minutes. Literally not a way to fault them. The young lad Waiter seemed stressed and very busy but was still lovely and polite. We will return.

Nice and quiet today - Sunday. Every time we enter and we see Laura is serving we know we are going to be greeted with a smile and we will have a pleasant experience. Today we were served at the table by Megan. Megan was equally pleasant and very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to return as we have done many times. Food was quick to arrive and we all cleared our plates. Thank you to the whole team for a lovely Sunday morning breakfast.

Me and my daughter came to the Bridge Builder for tea. The food was fresh and lovely, very tasty with a good price! Leah and the staff were so amazing! Very polite and attentive, customer skills were brilliant! They really were happy to go that extra to make our experience great! Huge thanks to all the staff at The Bridge Builder!!

Amazing service by the 2 ladies on shift . Our food was hot and tasted lovely . I would recommend to friends and family . I gave a 4 star for atmosphere as there were two ladies complaining and moaning about anything and everything for a free meal I think ! Even my grandson who has autism said how rude they were . The staff were very attentive and tried to correct every moan they had but even that wasn't good enough 😕 they were polite and professional at all times . Well done everyone for making out meal out lovely . We will visit again .
