The very best staff and the most exceptional customer service and care. We had a really unique and difficult situation which lead us to have a small gathering in costa for a child’s birthday. The staff ( particularly lady with long bob ) was the absolute kindest and most genuine person. We were taken aback at how supportive they were. They are not awear of the difficult morning we had experienced prior to arriving at coast. They made a bad start to the day into a good one. Thank you kindly. It’s hard to put into words but they showed empathy and compassion and clearly care about there costumers. They are an asset to the company

I enjoy this costa as it tends to be the quietest unless the town park is busy then it can get a bit busy. Food and drink is exactly what you expect from a costa store and the staff are always friendly and helpful

Telford appears to be one big shopping centre - a disappointment. This Costa is located outside the centre and over looking a small lake. Better than inside the shopping centre.

Called here on a bank holiday Monday morning for a breakfast snack. All the usual range of Costa products available. Service was fast and the staff were all friendly and cheerful, although they did seem a little stressed as there was just the 2 of them in to serve. Was clean, tidy and covid secure, although some of the customers weren't.
I would call here again recommended.

Just would like to say I love the Costa store and the staff my experience since we opened the bubble citea in Telford centre has been so amazing and I couldn’t be prouder writing this review about the team.they are so friendly and helpful and always help me out to go above and beyond the service I receive from Junior,Deb Lorna Emily and nadine is honestly exceptional and it’s my number 1 place to visit if I need my coffee which is never a disappointment or any drink they recommend. I cannot speak any higher because they are just fantastic and I think the CEO needs to understand how amazing this team is and know how proud they make the brand. Thanks for welcoming us to Telford and look forward to being friends in the near future for a long time to come 💕
