I really did not expect to be shocked, but I was... Pleasenty shocked of course, the place is stunning. Its a mixture old relic hallways, books, book shelfs and dining rooms. And then you walk in to your room, elegant, stylish, not over the top, just perfect combination. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and stay. The food in there restaurant amazing, have to try the burgers ☺️. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Visited here whilst staying on holiday in the area. A nice selection of beer and a small but comfortable beer garden. Food is served from 6pm and we had a decent selection of tapas dishes. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Best lamb I have ever tasted, crispy skin , the meat just fell off the bone.
Great wine and excellent service, can’t wait to go back!
