Perfect seasoned crackling, enough crack so that it doesn’t get stuck in your molars, but chewy enough that it doesn’t chip them. The pork was moist and plentiful, no half hearted portions served at Mike’s. The fluffy stuffing and the thick hot gravy paired together beautifully. Would recommend, even if it’s out of your way.
