Friendly, clean but mostly the food was great. Special chow mien was loaded with fresh and very well cooked ( not overcooked) vegetables .. .. the beef and chicken in the dish were beautiful. We has duck too and it was the best breast, not fatty bits like you often get.. no too salty, seasoned just right.. Really impressed! Thank you

The Famous House was recommended by a friend who, like us, is a big fan of Chinese food so we thought we would give it a try. From the outside, it looks like a typical a typical Chinese takeaway but the welcome inside was very friendly.
The menu is wide ranging and caters for all tastes and the food is freshly cooked and not reheated pre-prepared far.
When we got it home it was nicely prepared and very tasty and worth the foot mile drive.
