Went in today for a sandwich. Aden & Noah we’re working, didn’t say hello or anything just what do you want, then had to tell them what I wanted over & over while they both had AirPods in. Then took the longest time I’ve ever seen to make a sandwich. Sandwich was good after I told them a bunch of times what exactly I wanted but customer service was horrible. If this wasn’t so close to my house I wouldn’t ever come back here.

App said delivery would be 25-30 minutes, but ended up taking well over one hour, food was warm and bread on sandwiches was soggy. Won't order delivery again.

Clean establishment and really appreciated the professionalism and kindness I witnessed today. Coworkers were teaching each other with patience and kindness. Great leadership.

It was a clean store with fast service. I was in a hurry and didn’t want to eat a fast food cheeseburger so this was a better option. I’m not a huge fan of subway but it’s convenient and a healthier choice than a lot of the other quick options. This store seems to have their stuff together. 👍

We go to this subway often and have always had good experiences. Today, however, I wanted to share something amazing. This afternoon, about 2:15, an elderly gentleman came in the shop. He was slightly hard of hearing and seemed to not be able to completely understand the staff. Rather than getting upset with the constant repeating of their questions, the staff was beyond patient. They even when out of their way to help find what he wanted to drink- ie: nothing with sugar. All of the time they were serving him, they did so with smiles and patience. It was truly wonderful to see such genuine service with the team.

There sandwiches are most always good. I found this store to be a little scimpy on veggies and the sauces. You have to ask for extra and they only do one straight line of sauces rather than back and forth across the sandwich so every bit has some in it. Plus the sauce is on the folding part of the bread so it either drips out if you get more than one sauce or absorbs into the bread right there. Customer service was great other than that.😁

There were just two employees holding down the fort: a guy who was multitasking like crazy and a girl who must've been pretty new. Service was correspondingly slow. The food, however, was just as good as you'd find at any Subway, and was a healthy departure from our usual fast food.
