Old Chicago

Our server was amazing, restaurant was clean. Only issue was when we ordered food to go. We ordered meatballs on top of pizza rolls and a dessert to take home. When we got home and decided to try the meatballs they were burnt! Not a little burnt like all the way burnt, black and dry. Not happy about that, other than that dine in exp was great.

Adell was amazing! Service was wonderful even while she had no help. I saw management walking around but not assisting as they walked by tables to be bussed, food/drinks to be ran, etc. This would be a 5 star review for Adell, but management lowered the score. This is coming from a chef and server, so we know the drill!

First, I have never written a bad review in my life. I appreciate the work it takes to operate any restaurant and am always greatly appreciative. Sadly this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any restaurant. That wait staff was inattentive and overly distracted. We waited 50 minutes for a side salad, then after 1 hour and 15 minutes our pizza arrived. It was cold and not worth the time, we returned it and left. That’s an hour and a half of my life I will never get back. Maybe if we would have sat in the bar area it would have been a better experience. This place is in need of serious leadership!

The food was great! Our poor waitress, it was her first night and the other patrons were so mean. She was doing her best and it seemed like she had the whole dining room to wait on. One family had the nerve to tell her they weren't leaving a tip because the kitchen messed up their meals. He even said he knew it wasn't her fault. Anyway I wish people were more compassionate. I'll be back.

Well it was a Friday night about 545. Kinda busy. But the service was slow. We ordered a double deckeroni pizza with olives. They forgot the olives, server asked if we wanted another one, we just wanted to eat. Also according to the menu it should have had hot sauce, it had none. Not over all impressed. Probably wont go back in awhile.

Giving 2 stars because the food here is always great but the service is always terrible. Went in tonight and there were at lest 12 booths and tables open in the bar area but the lobby was packed with angry people waiting to be seated. We keep coming here because the location is great and the food is better. The problem with this place is the service has always sucked. It sucked a little less before Covid but now its just not worth going anymore. Very sad for us because we love this place but hate the service. Thanks
