Crumbl Cookies Thornton

So imnow realizing I should've taken the sugar cookie out of the bag for the photo:] I sit a box of this week's lineup with a coworker and we were not disappointed. The chocolate cake completely exceeded my expectations. Just amazing for any chocolate lover. The cinnamon fry bread was delicious but even more so when your bite included some of that delicious frosting. Last week I shared a box with a friend. The standout was the caramel popcorn cookie. Both visits were at this location and it was delicious with every element to each cookie included. The presentation was nice, the staff friendly & helpful. Plenty of parking. But it is a tiny lobby so I definitely recommend using the app and ordering ahead for pickup because you never know when they will be busy.

Had to wait over 30 minutes in the lobby, after ordering on the app and arriving at our pickup time. They substituted two of our cookies for chocolate chip without asking, and the special flavors we did get came out looking pretty terrible. Took a bite of one of the chocolate chip, it was almost entirely raw, barely baked at all. Later found out all four cookies were raw on the inside. Totally unacceptable for cookies so expensive, would recommend no one goes to this location.

Crumbl is a wonderful treat for any occasion or for no occasion at all! We love the variety that they have to offer and if you order through their app and select curb side, getting gourmet cookies has never been so simple!! They are hot and fresh when you get them and they are always on time! Love my local Crumbl 🍪

Amazing! Just the walking in to smell the cookies is worth a visit alone! I've had Crumble ordered for work events but have never been in person. It was easy to order and really fast. We were in and out in 10 minutes. The pink cookie is a classic favorite but my kids enjoyed the cookie of the week--the waffle--which was amazing and served with maple syrup for extra treat. We will definitely be back. The prices are a little high but the cookies are so big, it's worth it. I'd pay way more for desserts in a restaurant and the cookies are honestly some of the best sweet treats I've had in a while.

Don't bother trying to get a job here, you will be fired after a month. And they want you to get a food safety handlers certificate that requires you to take a class, for which was a waste of time and money since they fired me for no reason. I was told not to tell co-workers to wash their hands, put on new gloves, and wear hairnets. I found 2 hairs in 2 different cookies. I will not shop here ever again because of that and the rudeness from shift leaders and managers. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would have. My playdough cookies look kinda like theirs but they won't give you diabetes.
