A nice cafe just a few minutes walk from Tintern Abbey. The food is generously served. We ordered tea, rabbit pie and honey pancake. My partner was very happy about the rabbit pie and it was tasty with all the sides. The pancakes were a little disappointing as it was overly sweet and burnt. But the price was reasonable. (£5.50 or so) It is lovely to seat outside on a sunny day.
Exceeded my expectations, the service and food were exceptional. The chef cooked a really tasty Dragon pie, garnished with a melody of salad and fruit.
Had a lovely ploughman's here. Thick chunky ham and Welsh cheddar. Warm bread delicious.
