My husband and I enjoyed a great meal on Friday. The restaurant is clean although not very spacious. There is also a sitting area outside which should be fab this coming summer and it was lovely to see some kids playing in the garden. It took a good while for our meal to come but it was worth the wait because sadza was freshly served from the pot not cling filmed. I love my home cooked meals and that's what we got from Ekhaya. Meals are competitively priced a bit at the high end which in my opinion is a bit expensive. But will defo recommend.

The food was excellent& i also loved the presentation. However the service was poor, too slow, staff not properly trained they forgot to put our order which made us wait almost 2hrs. However there is a petite gal one of the staffs she works very hard and she tried her best and also the manager was very apologetic. Staff shortage on a busy day, I think you should hire more staff on busy times like easter etc. Also it was not nice eating while pple are standing next to us talking loud in a restaurant. I think u shuld put a waiting area booth/sofa.

Service was impeccable; Staff looked after us exceptionally well and tended to our every need and request. Food was excellent as always and they'd clearly thought through the distancing and hygiene issues in the current pandemic. We will come back again, had a brilliant birthday meal.

Had a great time at eKhaya Bar & Grill,food was delicious.The waitress and waitresses were committed to great service and were very friendly.Will deffo recommended and will definitely be visiting again.Cheers 🥂

Good atmosphere to relax. Been going to this restaurant for a while now and in the beginning the service was not that great largely due to the wait times (Over an hour + waiting for food) but they have since improved by slashing down the wait times and great service received from the twins Charlene and Caroline. Keep up the quick Service!

Date night or family dinner, Ekhaya provides the perfect ambience. Food and drink are to die for. Staff was very helpful and gave excellent recommendations for both food and drinks. Would definitely recommend.

Oh where can I start. From the time we entered your service was good, your waiters and waitresses were just great not forgetting the good communication skills demonstrated by your manager Peter. The food was just delicious, from the presentation to the taste. Well done Ben and your team, I will definitely be coming back soon

Had the seafood platter and it was amazing! My favourite were the king prawns and seabass. The sweet potato fries were crisp not floppy so food was a perfect 10. Very tasty and served within a reasonable time too. The servers were brilliant and efficient. The music created the perfect ambience and the new decor is beautiful. Very Afrocentric, modern and hip. The cocktails are very unique so it may be nice to offer 'common' alternatives for those with less adventurous palettes. Overall brilliant place x
