Thai Kitchen

We have just eaten here and it was fantastic. One of the best, if not the best, thai food we have had outside of Thailand. The people running it were super friendly and the food was insane. Would recommend the massaman curry and the chilly and basil stir fry, wow fantastic! If you can, make a visit, you won't be disappointed!

Went to Thai Chef for my hen do meal having always been a fan of this restaurant when it was Thai Kitchen. There was 16 of us and the Thai Chef staff were nothing but helpful, there was no deposit when booking for 20 which made life much easier for me. No pre-order, and food was bought out exceptionally fast but was of high quality. Everyone loved their food :) friendly staff could not do enough and allowed us to all pay separately which again made life easier for us. Thankyou Thai Chef for giving us a great experience! Visited Torquay and wanted some Thai food, all other restaurants where fully booked, so happy faith took us here, the food was delicious and Aled was a great guest, the place is nothing fancy and posh, but it’s clean and welcoming, and the lady cooking the food knows the business, proper Thai green curry, be aware portions are massive and your taste buds will be happy! i cannot recommend this place enough, you doing a good job! keep up the good work! wish you good luck with your business!

The owners and staff here were so friendly. Such a welcoming and warm environment to be in. The food was really fresh and every person in our 8 person group was really impressed. This is a relatively new resturant from what the owner told me. I imagine they will do very well and I can only wish them all the best. Will definitely be back when staying in Torquay again! No alcohol served here but we was told before hand and was able to bring our own beverages in.

Delicious! Fresh, tasty, quality Thai food. Big portions, we had to take some home! We had a mixed starter, chicken satay and spring rolls are my fav, and a soup full of seafood. Chicken stir fry with basil and chilli was lovely, spicy with fresh crunchy veg. Special duck curry was incredible too, plenty of meat and not too fatty either. Prawn Pad Thai too! Take your own alcohol! We were well fed and it was very inexpensive. We will be back very soon.
