Delicious food and very welcoming friendly owner. Just had a lovely pre-lockdown meal. Will certainly be back when restrictions are lifted again. Highly recommended with easy parking close by.

Great beef brisket pho and cold noodle. Authentic flavour. Kim is very friendly and all homemade food! Just opened 2 weeks ago.
