Tang Tang

Down in Torquay visiting. Fancied Chinese and found Tang Tang while I was wandering about. Felt very guilty as I was so early I disturbed the staff meal. They were lovely, food was excellent and delivered at right time between courses, no hanging around the table either. Food was of an excellent quality and I won't hesitate to go there again next time I'm down here.5* Sorry, nearly forgot to mention, I have no food allergies but staff did ask before taking my order 👍

My friend was visiting and we fancied something different from the usual curry. I had not been to this restaurant in a very long time so never certain as to whether the place had changed hands/chef? Anyway we took a chance, so glad we did. I had sizzling beef with ginger and spring onion, my friend had beef in oyster sauce plus egg fried rice to share, along with noodles. Oh my goodness, absolutely gorgeous. Service was very good and as we were there at 8:30 there wasn't much of a wait. Delicious.

Now this restaurant need to amend their menu..in regards to their whole seabass...they say its whole and give a whole price of £16....thank god I asked about it because if they think I'm paying for(these are the owners exact words) if it's a big fish you only get 1 side of fish........if its a small fish you get the 2 sides ....what a disgrace for this type of service....reduce your prices for not getting the whole fish as I wanted it whole and display the truth on the menu instead of the lies uvput on the menu! We had fried fish with vegetables,vermicelli noodle and chicken fried rice.the fish and noodle was excellent but the rice was ok .I would of given a 5 had the rice not been doused in way too much soy sauce and u were honest with the menu side of your fish.
