Took my kids to toddler cinema at The Fraser Centre for the second time today. The facilities are really good but the staff are what makes it a great experience, especially the lady who greets you on reception and the young guy in the cafe. Both couldn't be more friendly and welcoming.

Lovely place, nice atmosphere. I had a BLT which was delicious however I bought a cake which was clearly past it's best so left most of it after I tried it.
This wasn't taken from my bill and the cake wasn't removed from the shelf after I let the girl know.
I will definitely be going back regardless of the cake issue.

We visited The Fraser Centre to watch an evening movie, it was fantastic. The venue is modern, exceptionally clean and has some great facilities. The theatre itself is a good size, a great screen, although you are close, you didn't feel that it was a strain on the eyes. The seats are okay, you may want to take an extra cushion if it is a long movie. The toilets are very clean. There is a cafe within where you can buy drinks to take in with you (tea - £1, very reasonable). Finally, the staff/ volunteers are so helpful. Brilliant experience.

Went to a event which evolved using the cinema seating area. Found the seating area very cramped and uncomfortable.
On a positive side it is a lovely welcoming place to have a coffee and a chat with friends.

Went to see a film and visited the cafe, the facilities are good and although the cinema seats are OK, you might want a cushion. Nice and friendly staff good experience all round

First ever visit, was a bit noisy as kids dance classes were on. Staff lovely and friendly, had coffee ☕️ and a scone. Enjoyed my visit.

Every town could do with a place such as this however it would put the bigger businesses out of business. The staff were amazing and what is on offer is fantastic. It is so inclusive that there isn't a person that wouldn't like to go. Also it is clean.

First time visit to Tranent Fraser centre with 3 young grandkids. What a lovely find,really friendly staff,light, clean and airy cafe and will definitely be back there soon. Good value ticket prices for cinema and a sensible approach to kids popcorn no more massive buckets, it comes in a big juice cup which is more than enough but to be honest,nothing stopping you buying two.well worth a visit.
