If you’re a bunch of Welsh lads visiting Tranent and want to test your liver, your accent, and your dignity — Whispers is the place. Friendly folk, strong pints, and an atmosphere that makes you forget you’ve lost your hotel key. Would give it 6 stars if my phone could focus properly.
What a fantastic little pub in Tranent.
Great atmosphere, so very friendly and a good pint !
I hope you have a great Christmas ( sorry mentioned the C word )
All the best.
This pub is honestly the greatest there ever has been in tranent, the staff are kind, and the atmosphere is perfect, only had to wait a few minutes for chicken nuggets and chips with baked beans.
8 of us had a Christmas meal for £20 a head Sunday before the cup final. 3 courses that were outstanding. Not one of us had a complaint. Had a few pints as well . Thanks for a great afternoon. 👍🏼 …
Went in for lunch today!! Absolutely fantastic food with proper homemade chips! Excellent value! …
Whispers is the best pub in Tranent. The staff are brilliant, friendly and have an amazing sense of humor! I visited when it was quiet but it was the best experience I've had in a pub in a long time. 5/5. Will be back again soon 😊 …
