As a frequent customer of Starbucks at home, I can say this was a great experience. Clean, open seating with nice staff. The drip machine was not working, so they gave me an Americano for the same price. The Flat White was spot-on, and I got to experience a new take on the Impossible Sandwich.

This is my favourite coffee shop to visit when I'm in Truro, staff are always super friendly and the coffee is always great.

As far as Starbucks goes, it's a nice one. Staff are friendly, there's a lot of seating, and it's in a good location.

Lacking atmosphere, due to the ground floor layout. The 1st floor seating area is far better, but was closed off.
Coffee is always good, however, they don't always have Filter coffee available, even though it is on their menu. I find this annoying, because I don't see why I should be forced to buy a more expensive beverage, because they choose not to put the Filter on.
The Chiverton Cross branch always do Filter coffee.

Conveniently located in the city centre of Truro. Next to all the restaurants and shops.
Spacious seating area and very friendly staff.
Highly recommend for any visitors to Truro and fancy a good cup of coffee!

Really friendly staff and great selection. This Starbucks is spacious and is clean. Lots of seating, both on the ground floor and first floor. There are toilets available on the ground floor.
