Went there last Sunday 3rd for Sunday lunch before going shopping. Wife enjoyed the Roast Turkey , good portion size and presented well. I went for the Gammon Steak . Both meals were excellent and service was good . Only downfall was the the temperature in the venue , some people had kept there coats on.
Welcoming and relaxed atmosphere at lunchtime. Had a great pint of Guinness Zero and really enjoyed the steak and ale pie with chips and peas.

Very welcoming pub. The manageress greeted us as if we were regulars, even though it was our first visit. Jack served us incredibly well and was great, joining in to our conversation with discreet humour. Food was excellent (4 burgers) and good value.
