visit Greggs at Twickenham and ordered the Tuna bugget with hot chocolate. Del was server who was very kind and great attention. He was polite and very helpful. Greggs is lucky to have Del works for you. Will be back to see Del again.
I’ve been into this Greggs a few times and the food is usually cold. I went in this morning (8am on 7 September 2025) and the staff were so miserable it bordered on rudeness. No engagement at all - I think the chap behind the counter only said one word to me (despite us trying to figure out how the breakfast deal worked). Awful!
Every time I stop by for a coffee and a snack, the staff is really helpful. The location was on the high street. visited a couple times following my riverbank run.
