I think the staff here needs some training especially in customer service rather than leaving them stood there for 5 minutes while you load the shelves and don't even acknowledge them then when you do serve them it's pure misery. If you hate your job, get a different one.
Cold pasties! When a member of staff was asked why are these pasties cold, the response was "Greggs is NOT a hot food shop and has never sold hot food!"
Its apparently to avoid VAT! If this is the case, why is Greggs twice the price of other HOT food shops, and no better quality? Another big corporation ripping you off!
