It’s a Costa, what’s not to like. Plenty of car parking and I’m here at the supposed peak time and it is not too busy. I have experienced a friendlier welcome at Costa in other branches and the furniture looks rather tired. The shop is lacking atmosphere, but I think that is because it is one of the prefab square buildings thrown up as a potential retail outlet and then a coffee shop out inside. It lacks intimacy or a care for detail in how it is laid out. However, I am sure the chain knows exactly what it is doing and it will be laid out on a cookie cutter model that is known to work. Certainly can’t fault anything much. Nice coffee.

Got the new golden caramel latte, not much different from the regular caramel latte. Tried the rocky road bar for the first time, sorry but won't be getting it again, very bitter chocolate not my taste. Staff as usual very friendly and helpful.

Very conveinient spot and staff are friendly. On occasion I could not find a seat but I usually take out so not a problem. The drinks are good and the price is good. I use my reuasable cup and they give you a discount for that which is a good incentive for saving the environment.

We dropped in to Costa while shopping. The cafe was really well organised for safety and we felt secure. The food was good and the coffee delicious.

Was greeted by a lovely young girl called Devlin who had an outstanding manor. She helped me pick a coffee and gave me all the options available. She helped me take my coffee over to my table. I was extremely happy with my experience and thank you Devlin for making my visit worth while.

Nice new we store. Staff seem freindly and experienced. Coffee if great a wee bit expensive but great. Parking can be a nightmare though we have always been in early but passed a few times and there's been a queue to get in or out.
