The best fish and chips in Ullapool! Tasty and delicious food, mostly locally sourced, with very good portion sizes. Appeared to be popular with locals and tourists alike, which is a good sign. Friendly and helpful staff.

This is fish and chips at its best. Served by the port and to the best possible standard.
When you go there and see a massive queue, dont give up. It's only means quality fresh food worth the wait. Wait, it is not even that long,they know what they do, and they are doing it well.
It's good to see perfectly working fish and chip "machine."
Portions are big and tasty. Dont waste your time reading any other reviews. Just go there and enjoy proper Fish and Chips .

Had a Haddock supper and it’s about the best I’ve ever had. The fish was fresh, the chips were firm, the way they should be. Both cooked to perfection. Many thanks to the staff.

We orginally wanted somewhere to sit in. However, with lack of places in Ullapool at the moment, a chippy it was and what an amazing fish supper. Decent prices and the staff were just lovely. Best chippy in Ulllapool

Absolutely adored this fish and chips. My partner and I got a haddock and chips. The haddock literally melted into soft flakes bursting with flavour and freshness. The best haddock I have had by far in the whole country. My partner is from Glasgow and he says it's the best he's ever had. Absolutely deserving of the best fish and chip shop awards compared to others I have had. This one top trumps all other chippies. I craved another the next day but didn't have time! Will definitely be returning. Not to mention the calamari strips my god you will not find others like these.

Got the smoked haddock fishcakes, they were so nice and tasty. Good menu selection includes vegetarian and gluten free options.
Good customer service, quick order to take away and highly recommended! Even better is enjoying the food with a view of the loch close by.

Fantastic portion of cod and chips, this has to be the best freshest fish supper I have ever had. The cod was cooked to perfection and the size was impressive, chips crispy on the outside and fluffy within. Much much better than the seaforth chippy around the corner in tearms of price and food quality. Can’t rate this highly enough.
