I loved visiting this beautiful Gorge. I took a steady walk along the paths to view this waterfall. The walk takes you past large streams/ rivers with small waterfalls along the route. Although the path is not flat , it is firm and fairly accessible. I saw people with walking sticks and crutches doing the walk. I believe it is wheelchair accessible from the parking closer to the waterfall, but please check with the site to confirm this.
The building there is fabulous. Gorgeous spacious toilets, plenty of information, a pleasant seating area with cafe and gift shop. In the carpark there is provision for motorhomes including facilities to top up water and empty chemical toilets for a charge.
The Gorge is National Trust, so free entry for NT members.
This is an excellent place to visit with a bridge over the waterfall and a viewing platform further down the valley with firm paths to access both.

Amazing walk to do lots of little and big waterfalls. So many amazing views and the nature is just so lovely. Highly recommend for everyone to visit. Plenty of parking , have to pay £5 per car. All money going to donation for keep this place up and running. Very nice looking toilets.clean and well look after. Dog friendly . Nice little cafe with seats. Probably one of the most well looking after places we ever visit in scotland! #nc500

Lovelly gorge probably the biggest I've seen so far great view from the viewing point beyond the bridge. Definitely worth a visit take approximately 40 minutes to complete at a moderate pase stopping for photos and to take in the surrounding.

Car park and visitor centre does not open till 9.30am. Also £5 to park seemed a bit pricey when there is a free layby 100yds away. Gorgeous gorge with stunning falls. Well worth a stop

Well worth stopping at for half an hour.
Awesome suspension bridge and viewing platform plus bonus waterfalls along the way. 30 minute walk total or a longer walk available.
Awesome trail, great free toilets & little cafe.
Parking is pay and display but there is a free car park at the junction next to the National park a whole 1 minute away.
There is a overflow car park further down the road which you could use to make the hike shorted if you don’t have as much time. For directions to the overflow car park pull in the main car park and look at the map.

Simply stunning area of natural beauty.
Well worth a visit and a walk across the suspension bridge.
You will be very high up, and it does move, so bare that in mind if heights aren’t your thing.
However you can still enjoy the walk to the gorge and the views on the way to the bridge.
The car park may fill up quickly but if you travel to the top of the road (approx 200m in the direction of Ullapool) more free parking is available.

Beautiful nature reserve. A short 1km walk from the parking lot takes you to the hanging bridge over the waterfalls. Continuing on the other side of the bridge takes you to the cantilever viewing platform for more amazing views.
There are several other impressive falls on the way to the Gorge

What a beautiful Visitor Centre and amazing facilities. Certainly well worth the parking fees to help support this area and the work that they are putting in to it.
Parked at the Visitor centre and walked the woodland trail to the falls.
The views of the falls from directly above on the 150yr old Victorian suspension bridge were great but the best view was from the viewpoint a little way beyond the bridge.

A must see stop on the North Coast 500. This place is extremely well kept, from the visitor centre (wow toilets) to the path and gutters so we could still enjoy it in the rain. The suspension bridge and viewing platform offer amazing views. Photos can't quite capture the sheer scale and beauty of this gorge, you have to see it in person!

Very well constructed pathways leading on a couple of trails, takes about 30 mins to walk it, then a bridge over the gorge and an overlook into the drop. Very good facilities and my wife says the best caramel shortcake she has ever had! Id have taken a picture of it but she ate it before i had the chance!
