Food wasn't fresh my side salad was days old the celery had gone almost black, spinach was turning, cucumber was dry. Frozen food warmed not great.

We were a large party and all enjoyed an evening meal. Most had the lasagne, which my husband enjoyed while I had the Mediterranean vegetarian flan, which was excellent. Friendly efficient service.

Just what you want from a pub. Cosy fire, traditional feel with amazing beer. The food was good as well. Great value. The land lord was very welcoming and friendly.
