Wow, wow, wow. What and awesome selection of pastries, way to many for just one visit in fact. The presentation is absolutely amazing bordering on artwork. The taste definitely matched the look of these yummy treats. Such delicate texture and flavors. Service was also fantastic and lovely to see a French lady behind the counter. I will return to sample more of these devine goodies

Ordered a coffee which took 10-15 mins to arrive and sat at a table that someone promised to clear/clean and never came back. Looked around and half of the tables are littered with the plates and cups of previous customers even though new customers are waiting on their orders. Was going to buy a birthday cake when I left but with this kind of service, who would bother?

Nice cafe in the shopping center. The almond crossiant tasted delicious. Also ordered the Misoula?? (A Chocolate mousse cake ) and it tasted quite nice, although a bit sweet. Missing star as some tables were dirty and remained there for quite a while. But understandable as only 2 staff on shift. Will be back for more almond crossiants and cakes :)

I waited 10-15 minutes just to get served. Another 15 for my coffee, all while a staff member was at the back chopping tomatoes the slowest I’ve ever seen. The line was backing up into Mac store behind. The coffee was good but I would not have ordered there if I knew it was going to take that long to get a takeaway coffee.

Ordered and paid for a cake for a birthday. When we went to pick it up they had forgotten to save it for us and there was no cake. They offered us a cake at another store in the city but we would have to go and pick it up the next day or a refund which we said we would think about and let them know. I called back later and told them I would take the refund. I also tried to speak to the manager but they refused to contact me. I then received a bunch of calls from staff telling me "I had forgotten to pick up my cake at the queen st store". No one seemed to have any idea what was happening. Would not recommend this store.

Ordered a beef burgundy pie and coffees with my wife, the first pie came out looking like it had been stood on, asked the waitress to replace it, and the replacement came out 10min later and was soft and soggy like it was microwaved. At $8:80 per pie I won’t be coming back any time soon. The waitress never spoke a word or smiled, obviously hates her job. I would recommend avoiding this place

We ordered two cakes for a birthday party on Monday to pick up on Wednesday. Confirmed that the cake ordered was the Tarte aux Fraises and was given a pickup time of 4:00pm (2 hours before said birthday party). Can imagine my delight when I arrived to pick up at 4:00pm and the girl working had ordered two incorrect cakes (Tatafu). There wasn't much that could be done by the gentleman working on Wed to remedy the situation as there was no manager available. I was offered a 10% discount in apology and had to accept any two of the cakes they had available so I didn't arrive at a birthday party with no cakes. Extremely disappointed that a cake store cannot get a cake order right. Disappointed after going through the effort of being organized and not being able to supply the birthday girl with her favorite cake as well. Gave two stars instead of one as Moses was an absolute champ about handling the situation on Wed. Kept his cool and did what he could. I would suggest this store properly train their staff to correctly take cake orders as to not disappoint customers and have other staff to deal with disgruntled customers with little ability to remedy the situation.

This is the absolute worst store avoid at all costs! I purchased in excess of $50 in dessert and they gave us each a wooden fork. My dessert was quite hard being a tart and my fork broke. I asked for another fork and they refused to give me one. What on earth kind of service is that? Never ever again, I hope this store closes soon as it’s a disgrace to the name.
