Good - 2 youngsters who seemed to have to run the place themselves were very polite and helpful. Food was also good quality.
Bad - reason for the rating. I understand having to wait for cooked food and don’t have a problem with it. But over an hour for a breakfast? That’s taking the biscuit really. Especially when it arrives, bits are missing. Whoever is in charge needs to actually recruit some staff, really unfair on the 2 poor youngsters doing everything it seemed. Others would have really kicked up a fuss over the wait, and that’s not fair on them at all. Really poor management.

What a fabulous themed tea room the "Happy Hatters" Beautifully decorated & a extremely generously priced package. I highly recommend the "Happy Hatters for that special occasion & will definitely be returning more than once. Special thanks to all the absolute exceptionally talented team. Been here a couple of times. Afternoon tea was brilliant, and breakfast was really tasty. The staff here are so lovely and I Love the decoration and comfy feeling in here too.

Pasta meal was not nice. Meagre coating of shop bought Pesto you couldn't even taste. Chicken was dreadful, like pieces of sandwich chicken. Pesto is easy to make, it can be made in seconds. It was also cold, and by the time I got it, I'd finished my drink. I left without finishing it.

What an AMAZING place!
The staff are so attentive and helpful.
Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to make the magic happen.
I totally recommend Happy Hatters as a great place to have a birthday party. Epic!
