Just been told this cafe is closing down the end of July, I'm gutted. The staff are so caring and friendly, food and refreshments are what you would expect from M&S ,lovely.

Excellent sandwiches, coffee and cakes. The lady serving was so friendly and helpful, she even popped my leftover sandwich in a bag for me to take home.

This is maybe the 3rd time I have come here for afternoon tea, sandwiches with in a month. I must say that it’s maybe becoming my regular because of the food, drink and service…A special shout out to two exceptional members of staff who go above and beyond to help customers, Anne and Maria.Well done M&S and I do hope they get a surprise pay rise for their hard work, Xmas and the New Year ahead!! 🎅🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Clean cafe, friendly staff. Customer toilet. Selection of cold and hot food. Generous portions. Only downside is that on a number of occasions we've asked for tea and toast and their toaster has been broken, but hopefully this has been resolved. Otherwise, a great wee cafe.

Although I am not vegan or have any allergies/intolerence, I was being mindful of vegan and gluten free options. Almost every staff member behind the counter were incredibly friendly and accommodating. When ordering the Chicken Soup and Chai Latte with oat milk, I was notified by one of them that the syrup used in the beverage contains milk. Really appreciated the attentiveness of the staff.

The Cafe was very quiet so lots of space to sit down in comfort, there is free M and S WiFi and the service was excellent. Better than before the lockdown. I had a large coffee with the Brazilian beans worth the extra money. Missed the fresh scones with clotted cream and jam though but Keep up the good work!

Me and mum had a great time and great meals here. Only issue the place was too cramped. Staff were lovely. I couldn't carry the tray. So a staff member helped. So service is top notch. Little acts of kindness went along way. Thank you to the staff.

Fantastic service. Quality food at a reasonable price. Staff are brilliant and patient. I were shy about asking a staff member to help with my tray to my table due to disability balance. They helped me effortlessly. Me and mum enjoyed a lunch meal it were lovely....x thank you for making simlle wonderful experience.

Reasonably priced. Inline with other establishments in the area. Friendly polite staff. As with a previous review the seating needs to be looked at. Too many tables close together. They have a large volume of elderly visitors so making more accessible should be a priority. If you just want a quick drink and snack I recommend here
