Two Cooks

I have been driving past this place for ages and keep meaning to pop in, so today I did and had the full biffta breakfast. Superb, very lovely lady serving, perfect breakfast with real sausage and not the deep fried tubes of bread paste a lot of places serve, personally I don't know how they have the nerve to call that stuff sausage, there should be a law against it, anyway I digress, the rest of the breakfast was equally good and very nicely cooked and presented, the toast is also real bread and not the perfectly square sheets of Mickey Mouse bread that you generally find along side your tubes of paste. I will definitely be eating here again and I sincerely hope these ladies are getting enough customers to warrant staying where they are doing what they do. Marvelous.

What a fantastic find for us. I was taken back to my youth by a delicious "fish finger sandwich " it was wrapped in lovely crusty bread with tartar sauce......yummy. I have to say I couldn't resist the homemade cakes finishing with treacle tart and ice cream. What an absolute delight and the lady who dealt with us was warm and welcoming. Thank you very much for great quality,tasty and reasonable priced food and drinks. We will definitely come again next time we are in the iow.

Dropped in for breakfast and so glad we did. We had tea for two and two veggi breakfasts which were absolutely delicious. All perfectly cooked and flavoursome, portions are generous and all served up with a lovely smile. The two cooks has a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere and we are Looking forward to returning to try the fab fresh cakes we spied but we’re too full to sample :) lots on offer here. A little gem and not to be missed.

Amazing service and an amazing brunch. A true little gem in the middle of Ventnor. Paula was incredibly helpful, getting our table ready and even making us an iced latte (which isn’t on the menu). A little bonus for us was conversation with people the of Ventnor who were all just lovely. It is walk-in service and looked to be a busy place (which isn’t a surprise), we enjoyed ourselves very much and at a very reasonable price.
