Called in this costa today after so many hiccups with this place, the two guys working today were amazing,, smiles on their faces and made me feel very welcome, and made someone feeling low much better

We were having a quiet coffee and a sandwich, when a group of Albanian or as other people call them, displaced people, came into the shop, there must have been at least a dozen of them, some where just picking up bottles of water and putting them into their pockets without paying. One lady, felt so uncomfortable, she asked my husband and I, if she could sit with us. I know that they have to go somewhere, but to not pay, then make people feel scared, one guy was trying to pass a number on a crumpled piece of paper to another lady, luckily she told him to get lost. So, come on Costa in wakefield near the cathedral, it's about time you put a stop to this, before you loose all your other customers.

Normally I never go to this Costa because the service is ridiculous. But the team they had in today worked really well together. The barista, I think his name was Andreas, very talented! The fastest I’ve ever seen my latte made! And it was delicious. He is a genious!

Popped in here for a quick sandwich before an appointment. The staff (2 girls, I didn't catch their names) were so lovely to myself +each individual who came in for food. We left feeling valued as a customer. The caramel shortbread was tasty too
