Kipos Roast Beef

Made to order my favorite! "Fish wrap" 🌯 on wheat, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, tartar sauce with a lemon wedge on the side. Full from top to bottom with fish & taste great! it's HUGE ! 🤯 that's a 40 oz water bottle next to it for perspective. Not only is all the food here great they also have couple small tables with chair's outside to eat your food on nice days which is a treat as well as a couple tables inside. Customer service all the way from top to bottom shows from the way the stores cleanliness to the cooks food speaks for itself to the person answering the phone and taking orders. No order mistakes I've been ordering for years & no mistakes made I appreciate that alot. They treat their customers with great respect and appreciation. They are a very hard working team with long term staff. I could go on about how great the experience here is but honestly don't take my word for it just stop by & go see for yourself. Been going to Kipo’s for a decade, maybe more. Never had an issue. Today my husband and I got steak and cheese for a change and mine was TERRIBLE. I asked for it with peppers, onions, mayo and bbq sauce. The sub was DRENCHED in sauce and was watery from the peppers and onions not being cooked properly. It was disgusting. It looked like chili in a sub roll. Worst part is I called back and said I was a loyal customer and was really disappointed with the quality of the sub - hoping to get money back for one of the subs. I paid $26 for two subs which is nuts but whatever. The manager proceeded to pick a fight with me and refused to return my money! It’s a shame to see this happen because that’s not how a customer should be treated so we won’t be back. In today’s world every loyal customer counts. I’ll spare you the photo because it’s gross. Think chili. In a roll. Good luck Kipos.

Dry, gray, flavorless beef. For a place that has Roast Beef in their name this was a huge disappointment (again). Buns were stale and burnt on the bottom. The meatballs are clearly not homemade and the place was very dirty. I gave an extra star for a edible buffalo sub but i don't know who's giving this place 5 stars. I gave them 3 chances to make a decent Beef but it just got worse every time.

I so wanted this place to be my go to roast beef place especially where it's right around the corner from my place; but it failed miserably. On 3 separate occasions, no less! The roast beef was overcooked and skimpy to boot. I should've took pictures but didn't think of it. Want an awesome roast beef sandwich? Go to Billy's. They are consistently good and the best around...I don't know where all these positive reviews are coming from? Friends? Relatives? They can't be serious!

Dude this has to be one of the absolute best take out places in the area. I live near by and order a lot and everything they do is on point! Everything i get is so good and always arrives on time if not early and most importantly it arrives nice and hot every time. The people are always, ALWAYS friendly. I tried the pastrami today for the first time from there and a salad...the pastrami is the best ive had in a long time and the salad was HUGE and the pita bread fresh. Everything I have ever ordered from Kipos is always amazing.
