Lisa's Family Pizzeria

I never post reviews but I have to today. We ordered the chocolate dessert pizza from Lisas Pizza in Wakefield, as it shows online this is supposed to only have chocolate and coconut (we asked for no coconut)never mentioned anything about cheese. We received a cheese pizza with a chocolate sauce drizzle. I’ve ordered dessert pizzas multiple times from multiple different places and never once received or seen on the menu that the pizza would come with cheese on it. We called Lisa’s to let them know and hopefully get a new pizza or a refund but they did not see the problem. Will not be going back to them.

Pizza is delicious, but curious one thing: why does Lisa’s charge full price for toppings that are only added to half a pizza each? Our normal pie is half pepperoni/ half sausage. Every place we’ve ever ordered from treats that as a single topping cost. Lisa’s charges it as if it’s both toppings on the whole pie. Your using half the volume of each topping so why the same cost?

The onion rings were very soggy the chicken was very dry had to add barbecue sauce to make it edible. It came with white rice which I thought was very odd since every dinner meal I ever got it came with rice pilaf. Also got a Chipotle pizza was fairly bland and the crust was fairly tough. Wouldn't recommend this place

First time here. Sorry but OMG I usually love most any pizza but this was just bad. Tough crust & cheese was hard. Cold. Also ordered a Chipotle pizza which had no flavor at all let alone no chipotle sauce. Corn not sweet. Even the chicken was tough and cold. It didn't even look appealing. Didn't want to waist gas going back to complain...

We just ordered a Hawaiian pizza for tonight. Seems like they took a pizza out of the oven and just dumped cold pineapple on it as an after thought. It is gross and cold. Maybe they've hired new people. Maybe I'm just getting tired or paying good money for poor service. Not my job to be kind. Also not worth the time wasted to call and complain. I just wont go back.

Wrong steaktip dinner. The fries weren't Battered and were soggy af. The rice is almost always pilaf on a steak tip dinner and this was just white rice. The steaktips didn't taste marinated. Overall, it's like someone from another country (or anywhere outside New England) tried to make a steak tip dinner without really knowing the taste or style thats ubiquitous among sub shops and pizza places.

RIP OFF I ordered a large Italian sub for $11.75 (as I added extra cheese for $1.25) and it was absolutely pitiful. There was 1 thin slice of mortadella one thinner slice of salami and 1 thin slice of provolone, or maybe it was two razor thin ones. For nearly 12 dollars I got about 40 cents worth of meat and cheese. Do yourself a favor go anywhere but here for an Italian sub, including Stop and Shop. Or do yourself a bigger favor and go to Anthony's in Stoneham and I mean this literally get 10 times the amount of meat and cheese on your Italian.
