Lunas Coffee Shop & Mexican Food

Qdoba is my favorite. Ever since the pandemic began, this location has been me and my mom's go-to even though it's not the closest one. The service is never less than perfect, and it seems like my orders are always hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff is kind, the atmosphere is inviting, and even during a lunch rush, they are incredibly efficient. I've probably made a visit at least twice a month since March 2020 and I don't have any plans to stop.

My experience here left me hoping for more. The service was quick and the women behind the counter were all friendly. My issue lies in the food quality. I ordered a burrito to go. My burrito was not fully wrapped and my food nearly ended up falling on the floor. The vegetables inside were obviously not washed. Didn’t we just have an E. Coli outbreak? I’m hoping this quality issue is resolved soon, but after having a fingernail and now unwashed veggies in food I’ve paid for, I don’t foresee myself stepping into another Qdoba. The 2 stars instead of 1 is merely because I received good service.

There must be a food shortage or something because the lady decided to only give me a small scoop of rice, half a scoop of chicken and a lot of queso. Honestly I got my bowl and just it was just red and yellow I couldn't even see the actual food. Really disappointed because I've been to other Qdoba and have gotten better food proportions.

Im very pleased with the service at the store. Everyone is very nice and professional. There's one employee who is very professional he's there all the time he has an awsome personality and is very nice and outgoing. He works in the back. I think his name is matt. Very nice always says hello and have a nice day or evening. I will always go back to this store because of him. The girls in the front are also nice. I would recommend this store to anyone.
