Nice little place convenient. Order wrong but corrected with no issue. Very busy and unfortunately the tales were very untidy but it couldn't be helped they were hammered!
Staff all helpful and peppy even though they were all running ragged!

I can honestly say I have never met happier teams when visiting Costa. It doesn't seem to matter where I go, there is always a happy atmosphere and great customer service X

Was busy so service was slower. Food and coffee as I expected. Store design needs sorting out whilst there a lady in a wheelchair and a parent with a pushchair could not get past how tables had been placed restricting access to facilities.

Coffee was to usual standard and a decent sandwich. Not much atmosphere on a wet Saturday afternoon.

I tend to have a take away. But I have chatted to people in the queue. Nice staff and I had a lovely whit hot chocolate with the trimmings. Very indulgent and yummy.

Costa always delivers a good quick service and a nice tasty flat white coffee ☕ it was fairly quiet on our visit between 13:00 and 14:00 Friday.

Nice coffee and staff. But too many people sat working on lap tops and taking loads of seats up. Same people every time we go in. 1 person takes 2 /3 seats up. Laptop on table coat on another chair and bag on a chair too

All the staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Clean with a lovely atmosphere.

Would have been a 5 star but the air con was a little too cold making the atmosphere less welcoming.
Food ok but pricey, ordered 2 coffee but although they were supposed to be the same , they were definitely of different strengths
The tables could have been cleared a little faster but the staff were friendly and helpful when asked.
It's placed on a shopping estate with other known highstreet stores, so a good place to come and shop.
