Small Costa in Wakefield Westgate train station. Has two parts, one before the ticket barrier and a separate part afterwards which is usually quieter.
Polite and fast service from the staff. The cafe is clean and well organised. Could benefit from some more comfy chairs like maybe a sofa or armchairs but space is limited.

I hope this compliment gets back to the lovely young lad that served me this afternoon!
Didn't get to see his badge fully before I left but his name started with a C I think and he was working the afternoon of May 3rd. He truly is a credit to the company! So pleasant and helpful with taking my order and helping me with my points card, plus my coffee was absolutely delicious (as always 😁)
In a weird world that can feel so impersonal with people being scared of being around strangers and not being able to see anyone's face because of masks, this worker made my visit feel normal, safe and welcoming.
