Nardelli's Grinder Shoppe

I don't know what has happened over the past year.. I have used Nardelli's in wallingford not only for a quick dinner or lunch, but also for catering in the past. 2 days ago, we ordered 2 grinders and the macaroni Salad and tortellini salad. I did all but throw up from how disgusting everything tasted. The grinders were meh, suddenly tasteless. The real surprise was the foul, sour tasting macaroni and tortellini salad. The 75$ price tag to this meal was also nauseating. I gave 2 stars only because they were good in the past. I will be finding another deli for my catering hence forth. I am happy that I found this out before I actually ordered from them again for catering. I would have been so embarrassed to serve this to guests.

WOW that "plant Italian combo" is something else!! I have to eat it in my car so my cat doesn't beg and get upset that I didn't share it because it looks so traditional... (My first time trying was via Uber Eats curious, but now I need one once a week.) Soo sooo good for primarily plant based eaters or semi plant based people. Its hard to find vegan meat thats this tasty. Incredible 2022 advances 💙💜 so blessed, thank you 🙌🏼

I love to try a new grinder each time I come in here. I've tried the chicken, tomatoes and mozzarella with sauce. The chicken, banana ring peppers and prosciutto. The ham eith everything. The buffalo chicken eith everything.. which I'd recommend not getting the hot saice with this. The house takes away from the buffalo flavor. Ive also tried some of their salads and desserts.

Love, love absolutely LOVE this place OMG Grinder heaven .... I have never been to a Nardelli's before this visit... could u tell. ? Thank you Patty for taking me... best grinder ever... we shared a turkey club everything on it... and yes Franks hot sauce too. After all she is the sister to the king of hot... lol.. but it was delicious... ( still i love my Texas Pete). Will most Definitely go again... can't wait to try something else.. just don't know how i will ever make a decision on which one to try next... 🐿 Yes Squirrel.. I am Squirrel never can make up my mind... lol...

Horrible customer service. I had a Grubhub order and when it came it was missing the hot peppers that I added and cheese which it comes with automatically. Guy on the phone says I refunded your $1 for the hot peppers and cheese. Not the point guy. I would have liked my sandwich done correctly. You should have asked me if I wanted a new one or a credit for your mistake. I ended up trashing the sub after 2 bites. A refund would have been appropriate. Instead of I refunded you $1 and no apology no I’m sorry about that nothing. Don’t go here!!!!
