Moe's Southwest Grill

Not sure what happened to this location (maybe new management?). Hadn’t been here for about a year and finally decided to go there and order a burrito bowl and it was nothing like what I used to get. It was a tiny portion and there was maybe a spoonful of pork in there. The amount of pork was an absolutely joke. It’s like they are rationing out the ingredients to an extreme level which to me says they are cheap. I won’t be going back to this location again. I was very disappointed. Definitely not as good as they used to be.

I went there today for lunch and they didn’t have hard shell tacos, they didn’t have any sauces in the self-serve area, they didn’t have the hard round shell that goes inside the stacker. One of the staff said the delivery truck arrived this morning and they just haven’t got the stuff out. I said “never mind” and before me about 3 people left due to the same reason; because they didn’t have what they wanted. I also left. I am not a person to give reviews but I had to. It is not the first time that this happens and not only that, some of them are very unprofessional and have the (I don’t want to work) face. Sad.

All the employees are always very nice whenever I visit the wallingford location. Not sure about people complaining about lack of meat etc etc, I always get more than enough whenever I go there. Maybe instead of ordering ahead just take an extra 5 minutes and have your food made right in front of you if you "always have a problem" ..... seems like an easy solution to see exactly what you are getting. To be honest I have seen more customers there with attitudes than employees when I have been there, try being nicer and you might have a better experience. Just my opinion!

I used to love this place but the combination of new staff and price raising makes it so my review has changed from a 5 star all the way down to 1. One bad thing that happened with moes today was when I ordered three beef soft tacos and they filled up one of them fine then added basically nothing to the others. When I asked them to add a little more they said that that was the portion and they added the wrong kind of meat when I pushed them to add more.
