50% return on reliability. I find it best practice to walk inside because the drive-through. They don’t understand you, you don’t understand them and then your order is wrong. But you shouldn’t have to get out of your car on your way to work or your next destination just because the person working the drive-through can’t understand what you’re trying to tell them. If you order one of their specialty drinks with an additive such as caramel, why then do they ask you if you want caramel in the particular drink?? That’s the point of the speciality name isn’t it?? “Hi I’m the aircraft mechanic you called to fix your deep fryer.” Doing this doesn’t make a lot of since… Unfortunately this industry suffers from the same problem over and over as every fast food restaurant so it’s no surprise

I visit this Dunkin’ a lot. The staff is always friendly. They always get my order right. The very few times they have made a minor mistake, they have been more than happy to fix it for me and quickly. The drive through design is comfortable unlike many other drives I’ve been through. This one in particular only has one window. Large parking is available for those who want to go into the lobby. Everything looks clean and well organized.

This place is the best Dunkin around! Top notch customer service, the coffee is consistently pretty good, and (while this might say a lot about me) the staff remembers me and everyone is quick to say hello! I am so embarrassed, but today I was exhausted and came late for coffee, and when the shift leader realized I'd been given the wrong one he knew my order before I could say anything! I really appreciated it and felt bad, but he was so quick to get me my coffee. Everyone here is so nice. My friends and I make sure this is the Dunkin for our coffee runs because of it!
