Had a lovely lunch yesterday..excellent value and even though they were extremely busy staff were courteous and as quick as possible ...and couldn't fault the food either ...highly recommend
Was great pub to visit pop in there on way back from hedneford hill raceway staff very pleasant staff considering the England game had been on.was very clean and tidy other than a couple tables with empty bottles would recommend for a drink
Me and my husband and roast beef dinner and our daughters had 2 ultimate southern fried chicken burgers , since the welsh gentleman has taken over management the food and service has improved 100% and would highly recommend the pub for a meal !!
Visited for a Lunch catch up with a Friend and it was lovely, esp as it's literally only a couple of minutes from my home. Friendly, quick service and delicious food (I had the Hunters Chicken Baguette and Chips). Will definitely visit again.
I had a meal at old house at home Friday dinner time the food was delicious and the staff were very helpful and polite I would recommend it to all my friends

The staff were pleasant, the pub was clean and quite appealing, the food was very nice, served hot on hot plates, and a reasonable price too.
We shall definitely be calling in again

First visit for a while. Standard pub menu but our meals were very nice and service was speedy. Service by the gent at the bar was friendly and efficient. Our waitress was probably the best I've come across,friendly,attentive and was doing a great job keeping the vacated tables clean and tidy.
Had a family get together, the team catered for 17 of us, the food was really lovely, the service excellent, thank you Alan & team you were all amazing 👏👏👏
Had meal at the old house at home last week and I really enjoyed it . There was 3 of us and we all had a starter a main and a pudding we all said how nice it was . Been in a few times and never had a bad meal . It had a great atmosphere too . Looking forward to our next visit
