We attended to celebrate my daughters birthday, they were short staffed but coped amazingly. All staff were friendly and efficient and, even under pressure, they delivered hot tasty food in a short time. Even our slightly noisy celebrations were accepted. Would highly recommend the food, quality, value for money and service.

Visited on the 26/07/23 around 5.45pm for something to eat. Was greeted by a lovely polite lady who recommended the chef, she assured me I wouldn’t be disappointed in anything I choose from the menu. Well all I can say is thank you were correct compliments to the chef best meal I’ve had in a pub for a very long time excellent customer service 💯 will return.
This place was amazing. It has new owners and the area no longer smells stink 😄. It's family run and everyone seems willing to help. Masks were worn and all spillages was cleaned up very fast. Very clean and efficient. This will be my local now
Place was love and clean. Very quite though for Sunday afternoon... Staff friendly & nice... carvery was £10.95 and top up on veg was not included. Mash was thick and gravy was a little bit watery. Great space and games for children and adults availabile. Great outdoor space with small swing and slide area for small children.
Came before and it was so good we have come again today. Dog friendly, heated beer garden where u can smoke. Lovely staff, perfect food. Very cosy and welcoming. Definitely recommend and 100% coming back. Compliments to management for such a great chef and staff.

Went yesterday for food with the family. The pub was nice and clean. Staff were also friendly. Couldn't do anymore for you and really made us feel welcome. The food also came out quick and was very tasty. Will deffinatley be back and would recommend to friends and family.
Always enjoyed the food here. I recently discovered I am allergic to most foods so I ordered of their free from menu, food and staff were excellent however I was given oven chips with my dinner and oven chips contain wheat, I know they don't write their menus, it's down to Marstons but I did advise that chips should be taken off the free from menu and the bar staff were very understanding and they said they'd let their boss know.
