Strawberry Hill, hats off to you. This food was absolutely amazing. I got the boneless jerk chicken with rice & peas and dumpling. When I say this is one of the best and most authentic tasting Jamaican food I’ve had in a long time!!! Got the vegetable curry as well for my dad, it was top tier. You left my household very happy. Ordered through Just Eat, delivery was really quick & piping hot. I also like the fact your main and side are packed in 2 separate containers as well so you can easily plate up as much as you want. Thanks again, you’ve got a customer for life.
I work literally down the road from Strawberry Hill and no joke I go there everyday after work. This is by FAR and I mean by FAR the best Caribbean restaurant I have ever been to, the level of taste is no joke. I have tried many many many Caribbean restaurants and I can guarantee you won’t find better than Strawberry Hill. I introduced all my friends, family and my partners family to Strawberry Hill and now they can’t keep away, which says alot. Extremely delicious and filling food. Hats off to the chef, owner and the 3 lovely ladies that takes the orders.

Ordered from Strawberry hill several times over the last few months and I must praise the deliciousness and consistency. I've tried many Caribbean restaurants and honestly this is one of the best. My deliveries have always been on time or early on many occasions and the food is sublime. Right level of spice, and flavour. Always comes hot and delicious. I highly recommend the curry goat, jerk chicken, oxtail, mac and cheese and plantain. The jerk sauce is also a must for anyone who loves to pour extra sauce over their meat and rice like I do. Very happy family will continue to order from Strawberry hill time after time.
I'd been meaning to try Strawberry Hill for ages. So glad I finally did. The food was delicious and the portions are generous.
Ackee and saltfish was great, so too was the plantain. Will definitely be coming back!

Brown stew chicken Mac n cheese oh lord take the wheel absolutely amazing but don’t get me started on the dumpling that deserved a shimmy 😂 that was a meal I never wanted to end thank you so much. I would have posted a picture but as you can guess there was not enough time.
First of all, the fried dumplings??!!! UNREAL. I scoffed it down before I got back to my car, I couldn’t wait a single moment. I stumbled upon this restaurant after moving to the area and I was not disappointed. The jerk chicken, curry goat, rice & peas is filled with so much flavour. The portion are fantastic especially at such an affordable price point. I think about going back here at least 3 times a day. 10/10 food

I went there for the first tim yesterday under this new management, the previous management normally let you see what's in the container, whether you need more gravy etc. I ordered oxtail with rice and peas, asked if they did a supplement, IE small salad, plantain, . they said steamed cabbage, when I got home I could count the shredded cabbage in the container, the portions are small compared to what you are paying for a regular meal £9. The food is excellent no doubt about that, the service needs to be improved no one acknowledges you on arrival. You just keep standing until someone attends to you, I waited over 10 minutes. Also there was a customer who brought a DOG into the restaurant, that dog was sniffing everywhere in the restaurant , whilst customers were eating, some were looking in disgust and not saying anything, not one member of staff said anything to the dog owner, that dog should have been left outside of the restaurant. Usually in restaurants and food shops only a guide dog allowed and they also have a notice on their door beforehand. I don't think I will be going back there. In the Caribbean dogs are not allowed in food shops period. Not even where you are preparing food, food hygiene. We need to speak up when something is wrong, and we can't always want to hear the good things and not the nit so good things. It's a way of making things right 😔
Tasty and authentic flavour with portion sizes incredibly fair and worth your money. Food tasted liked it had been prepped well prior to cooking. This is a place that you tip - 1 star reviews seem totally unfair based on my recent experience. I hope your business goes from strength to strength

Went in the shop on a weekday lunch time, few people in front of me so had a 10 minute wait to be served. Ordered boneless jerk chicken and rice and peas, very tasty and large portion. Would recommend.
My favourite Jerk chicken was in Dalston until today when I had this place being recomended by a friend and I've ordered some food throug Delivero... I'll still eat in Dalston whenever I'll pass by , but this place is just a different level. Thanks guys
